We power campaigns for Apps, Games and Brands across Mobile and CTV using advanced machine learning and optimized creative strategies to deliver results.
Smadex is one of the fastest growing DSPs and we are adding talent to fuel our ambitious plans for 2025 and beyond. To help us maintain our strong position in the industry, we are looking for an analytical tech-savvy person that is able to ensure our Ad Operations and Commercial team have the tools, playbooks and support to operate and launch campaigns efficiently.
This is a full-time position based in Barcelona!
Your mission:
As Product Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring day-to-day technical issues and inquiries are well supported and handled between the Product and Tech team. You’ll be in contact with developers and analysts, collaborating with the support teams to resolve the issues and map the direction of the product and roll-out features that drive business goals.
Role's tasks and responsibilities:
- Serve as the coordinator for day-to-day technical issues and inquiries.
- Own technical integrations with Partners.
- Drive the development and implementation of solutions to minimize technical issues and improve support efficiency.
- Provide Support to different teams during technical calls with clients or partners.
- Monitor product development and evaluate results.
- Train and support internal teams on the effective use of our platform.
Skills and requirements:
- Data Analysis experience, with a preference for candidates who worked in a tech company.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish both written and spoken is mandatory.
- Excellent analytical skills with demonstrated experience in hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement and taking initiative to implement solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for asking the right questions, then answering them with sound data and analysis.
- Superior communication skills with a demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
