Job Summary
The Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of Angel Armor and the CEO. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual who can confidently manage office administration while providing high-level executive support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and internal functions.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating with HR as needed.
  • Maintain company calendars, contact lists, and internal communications.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as liaison between staff and leadership for office-related needs.
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s email and communications.
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and confidential assignments.
  • Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software

Qualifications/Requirements

  • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • At least four years of related experience required
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • On-site 5 days a week required
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times

Pay

  • $60,000-$65,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
