Job Summary
The Office Manager / Executive Administrative Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of Angel Armor and the CEO. This dual-role position requires a dynamic individual who can confidently manage office administration while providing high-level executive support. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, effective communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and a positive work environment.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs.
- Organize company events, meetings, and internal functions.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and coordinating with HR as needed.
- Maintain company calendars, contact lists, and internal communications.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Act as liaison between staff and leadership for office-related needs.
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel arrangements, and meeting schedules.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO’s email and communications.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items as needed.
- Assist with special projects and confidential assignments.
- Facilitate internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Required Skills

- Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- At least four years of related experience required
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- On-site 5 days a week required
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Pay
- $60,000-$65,000
Job Type: Full-time
