What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and manage small cell installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.
- Ensure that troubleshooting and testing processes are effectively managed to guarantee successful deployments.
- Manage raw land construction projects, overseeing everything from initial groundwork to the establishment of infrastructure.
- Work together with subcontractors and vendors to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure that high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the entire installation process.
- Travel to various project sites on a weekly basis, with expected time away from home.

Compensation:
- Starting pay range: $24-$30 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance.

- Proven experience in small cell installation, troubleshooting, and raw-land construction.
