We are looking for an experienced Small Cell Crew Leader to manage installation projects and ensure top-quality execution from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage small cell installation teams, ensuring projects are completed safely and on time.
• Ensure that troubleshooting and testing processes are effectively managed to guarantee successful deployments.
• Manage raw land construction projects, overseeing everything from initial groundwork to the establishment of infrastructure.
• Work together with subcontractors and vendors to improve workflow efficiency.
• Ensure that high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction are maintained throughout the entire installation process.
• Travel to various project sites on a weekly basis, with expected time away from home.

Compensation:

• Starting pay range: $24-$30 per hour, with opportunities for growth based on experience and performance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in small cell installation, troubleshooting, and raw-land construction.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting small cell equipment.
• Willingness to travel weekly to project sites.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
