Small Cell Technician

Good time management and organization skills are assets in this fast-moving and ever-evolving field of work. This job is very physically demanding and requires a wide range of possible activities that you perform daily.

As a small cell technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing small cell infrastructure. This may include tasks such as site surveys, equipment installation and configuration, troubleshooting network issues, and ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. To excel in this role, it is essential to possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of the latest technologies and trends in the small cell domain. Minimum Qualifications:

Construction Knowledge

Integrity/Ownership

Good Attendance

Willing and Able to Travel

Valid Driver’s License

Clean Driving Record

Good Communication Skills

Ability to lift and carry over 60lbs

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Ability to pass a drug screen

Ability to work well with others and alone when necessary

Preferred (not required) Qualifications:

Telecom Experience

Experience in bucket truck operations

Basic knowledge of AC or DC power

Basic Knowledge of RF

Starting Pay: $18-$22 per hour
