Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage inspection team to ensure high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Train and mentor inspection staff on best practices and new technologies.
- Implement and manage state-of-the-art measurement and load machine equipment.
- Develop and refine measurement protocols to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Utilize Lean methodologies to improve processes and reduce waste.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen events.
- Implement SPC practices to monitor and control processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement inline measurement systems and poke yokes to enhance quality control.
- Leverage extensive experience in automotive or aerospace or medical, and industrial sectors to drive quality and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Managing SPC, Wire Inspection, Design Jobs/FAIR Data, Calibration, Equipment Gage R&R’s, RMA’s and Wire Returned from Vendor

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Greenbelt certification with extensive experience in SPC implementation.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing measurement and load machine equipment.
- Strong background in Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Significant experience in automotive, aerospace, medical, and industrial sectors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $105,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. This role is bonus/and or incentive eligible.
