Responsibilities:
- Responsible for review and analysis of customer pricing proposals and Smalley’s product cost inputs
- Develop sales, pricing and margin strategy as a key member of the Estimating Team
- Sales, pricing and contract negotiations
- Actively support Estimating, Sales, Customer Service, Engineering and Operations
- Develop sales and pricing strategies involving foreign affiliates and distributors
- Cost validation
- Work with key customers to complete a variety of customer documentation, including pricing letters, min/max agreements, stocking agreements, award letters, and other key commercial agreements
- Customer relationship management
- Process quotations
- Training, mentoring and team collaboration
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-2 years of experience in Accounting or Finance with experience conducting data analysis
- Ability to extract and analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to organize, execute and deliver results in a timely manner
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong Excel skills
- Experience using business intelligence/analytics software a plus
- Manufacturing experience a plus
- Ability to execute and interpret fundamental mathematical calculations
