Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to patients of all ages, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. The Dentist will perform a variety of procedures, from routine check-ups to complex dental surgeries, while maintaining a clean and safe environment in accordance with infection control protocols.
Duties
- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions.
- Perform a range of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
- Utilize medical imaging technology to assess the condition of teeth and gums accurately.
- Implement four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.
- Fabricate dental appliances and prosthetics as needed for patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation for each patient visit, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care strategies.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide comprehensive patient care in a well-organized dental clinic environment.
- Adhere to all infection control protocols to ensure the safety of both patients and staff.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Proficiency in medical imaging techniques relevant to dentistry.
- Familiarity with infection control practices within a clinical environment.
- Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining high standards of patient care.
