Job Position: Google CES Ujet/CCaas Developer

Candidate has to work in EST time Zone
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Candidate will coordinate with multiple SI partners and other teams in Cox
- Candidate should follow Agile Scrum cadence and have Jira knowledge
Required Skills:
- 10 years of experience in total in application development and atleast 2 -3 years of experience in Contact Center space preferably chatbot
- Strong knowledge of Node.js
- 2 years of hands on experience on Google Cloud Platform
- 2 years in Google DFCX and integrating DFCX agent with Cloud runs
- Knowledge of UJET & Google DFCX integration
- Configure and optimize UJET systems to meet business requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UJET configurations, integrations, and workflows
- Experience in CI/CD is required
