Description:
We are seeking an experienced HSE and DOT Compliance Associate to join our team in Midland, TX. The successful candidate will provide safety leadership and ensure employee compliance with regards to FMCSA, EPA/TCEQ Regulations and OSHA Standards.
Requirements:Key Responsibilities:
- Provide safety leadership and training to employees
- Ensure employee compliance with HSE and OSHA.
- Conduct internal audits of facilities
- Assist with investigations
- Assist with safe chemical handling training
- Assist with spill response/remediation as needed
- Maintain Driver Qualification Files
- Manage DOT Consortium
- Conduct DOT Driver Training
- Provide Forklift/Powered Industrial Equipment training
Requirements:
- 2-3 years' experience in safety management or technical role
- 2-3 years’ experience with FMCSA-DOT Compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
