With a staff of 140 employees, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our 100% cloud-based IT infrastructure in Azure. This position will primarily focus on systems administration and light networking duties, with some desktop support to ensure smooth and efficient operations across the organization.
Requirements : Job Duties :
- Manage and maintain the company's cloud-based IT infrastructure in Azure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
- Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations in a cloud environment.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
- Implement and maintain data backup and recovery solutions.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate cloud-based solutions.
- Document IT processes, procedures, and system configurations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide desktop support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly (approximately 20% of the role).
- Manage, support and implement existing and new technologies.
- Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as required.
