Client Services work hand and hand to provide quality service and support for all clients.
As a Client Service Representative, responsibilities include maintaining and servicing client accounts across the United States, managing contracts, and conducting product training. Essential tasks involve addressing client queries, resolving issues, planning new installations, and gathering feedback. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are crucial for effectively managing multiple accounts and fostering positive client interactions.
TRAVEL IS REQUIRED
Job Duties:
- Plan, manage, and execute projects for new installations with facilities.
- Guiding new clients through the initial setup process, explaining products or services.
- Conduct training on our products and services to the clients, in person and/or virtually.
- Answering client questions, responding to emails and phone calls, providing updates on services or projects.
- Maintain accounts and relationships with clients and facilities across the United States.
- Maintain and service clients tickets.
- Identifying and resolving client problems, troubleshooting technical issues, managing complaints.
- Proactively reaching out to clients, understanding their needs, and fostering positive interactions.
- Gathering client feedback through surveys or meetings, using it to improve services.
- Working with other departments (sales, technical support) to address client concerns.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively answer client questions.
Qualifications:
- Communicate clearly with the customer, service manager and other team members
- Computer applications relevant to the job (Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Excellent communication skills: Both written and verbal, ability to clearly explain complex information.
- Strong interpersonal skills: Building rapport with clients, active listening, handling difficult situations.
- Problem-solving abilities: Analyzing issues, finding solutions, and taking initiative.
- Organizational skills: Managing multiple client accounts, prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines.
