About The Role & Team
As a Client Services Representative, you are the first point of contact for clients, addressing account-related and trading inquiries across equities, options, and margin. Reporting to the Head of Client Services, you will play a key role in representing the voice of the client, providing valuable feedback to the business to drive improvements and innovation. By collaborating with internal teams, you will help enhance the client experience and contribute to building and shaping the future of the company.
In This Role, You Will
- Handle inbound client inquiries through phone and written support requests, serving as the primary point of contact.
- Resolve account and trading issues while providing guidance on platform features and tools to support client success.
- Collaborate with product and technology teams to streamline processes and enhance client experiences.
- Process and review account-opening documentation, including applications and identification materials.

At Webull, we are committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. The base salary range for this position is $55,000–$70,000 per year yearly discretionary bonus benefits. The final offer will depend on several factors, including the successful candidate's skills, depth of work experience, location, and relevant licenses / qualifications. Each offer is determined based on individual strengths and relevant business considerations.
