What you’ll be doing?
- Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact. Greets and directs visitors and clients.
- Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, including stocking and maintaining inventory of supplies and office equipment.
- Ensure office efficiency by organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and managing file systems.
- Manage visitor registration and facility management, including leadership and client visits.
- Acts as liaison with outside contractors needed to resolve office specialized problems and service appointments.
- Assist Finance with expense reporting and vendor management.
- Assist HR with recruitment-based tasks such as, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding and offboarding, all while ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedure.
- Assist HR and leadership with office-related projects, including facility projects/assignments, company events, and employee activities.
- Assist Compliance on audits and managing policy and procedures.
- Assist executive assistant on administrative support for leadership team.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience as an office manager or other relevant administrative support experience
- Strong time-management and people skills, high degree of flexibility, and excellent multitasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
