Smart Enterprises is looking to add an amazing new sales/customer service person to our team! The Customer Service/Sales Associate acts as the first point of contact for all of our customers. THIS POSITION PAYS COMMISSION ON ALL SALES OF HOT TUBS, SWIM SPAS, COLD PLUNGES, SAUNAS, FIREPLACES, AND STOVES. You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers as well as providing prompt and accurate service and responses. This position is key to ensuring customer retention and growth through selling products, handling customer inquiries, and strong organization skills when supporting sales and service. You will be expected to engage customers to determine their needs and direct them to the appropriate merchandise while providing product knowledge and offering additional goods and services. This job requires critical thinking, a happy attitude, the willingness to learn new things and an internal drive for high quality customer service!

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge in Microsoft office and windows based applications
- Ability to master Quickbooks POS and specialized software system
- Internal drive - we need somebody who knows how to get motivated to do work and sell our products
- Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Must be service-oriented and sales minded
- Must have a professional telephone manner with the ability to maintain composure during difficult to solve situations
- Must be resourceful and excel at problem resolution
- CONSTRUCTION OR DESIGN EXPERIENCE A PLUS!
Education and Experience Required:
- High school diploma required
- Two or more years in sales and/or customer service industry strongly preferred
- Sales experience preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
