Role Description
A full-time role as a Sales Executive with Smart Facility Solutions, Inc., based in Nashville, TN. This Sales Executive role will be responsible in growing Exterior Services both regionally in TN, AL, and KY.
Qualifications
- Must have experience in selling landscaping, lot sweeping, paving, and line striping
- Must have CRM experience with either Salesforce or HubSpot
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Knowledge of facility maintenance and projects is a plus
- Associate degree or a long experience in working for a national Facility Maintenance company
