Job Title : Project Scheduler with Primavera P6
Location : Tampa, FL / Ybor City (First 4 weeks on-site then Hybrid -3 days a week on site)
Duration : 18 Months
Start Date : ASAP
Overview
The primary function is to lead the development and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera, acting as a lead scheduler. Will eventually be asked to train junior staff on Primavera technologies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Works with multiple stakeholders to build project schedules in Primavera
- Conducts routine meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain current and accurate schedules in Primavera
- Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence
- Support Project Managers in identify schedules and milestones at risk
- Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals, and contingencies
- Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules,
- Assists with the creation of major (specific) capital project budgets and estimates and in the development of cash flow projections
- May be required to present details related to project scheduling
- Supports Project Management leadership and team members with special reports and informational inquiries
