Strategic Staffing Solutions has an immediate hybrid contract need in Tampa for a Project Scheduler with strong Primavera P6 and Project Management. This will be on-site for first 4 weeks then hybrid for duration of contract.

Job Description:
18-month contract leading the development and maintenance of project schedules in Primavera, acting as a lead scheduler. Will eventually be asked to train junior staff on Primavera technologies.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Works with multiple stakeholders to build project schedules in Primavera
• Conducts routine meetings with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain current and accurate schedules in Primavera
• Provides routine summary portfolio and project level status reporting on schedule adherence
• Support Project Managers in identify schedules and milestones at risk
• Assists with tracking project costs including budget reforecasts, estimates versus actuals, accruals, and contingencies
• Communicates with and gathers information from other departments to ensure that project schedules,
• Assists with the creation of major (specific) capital project budgets and estimates and in the development of cash flow projections
• May be required to present details related to project scheduling
• Supports Project Management leadership and team members with special reports and informational inquiries
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 8 years of scheduling experience utilizing Primavera (P6) software.
• Must be capable of standing up new projects in Primavera
• Strong process improvement experience
• Comfortable presenting to stakeholders regularly
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited college/university
