We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the onboarding, configuration, maintenance, and enhancements of our platform to support digital marketing workstreams.

Must Have Skills

• Onboard the tool into our digital marketing workflow.
• Administer and maintain projects, workflows, and configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group memberships.
• Customize dashboards and filters to improve project visibility and reporting.
• Provide support and troubleshoot issues related to applications and integrate with other tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for instance modifications.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to optimize their use of the platform.
• Stay updated with the latest features and best practices to enhance team productivity.
• Monitor performance and optimize system processes, including evaluating plugins and third-party tools.
• 3 years of experience in administration, including project setup and management.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Query Language (JQL) and other tools and integrations.
• Experience with scripting and automation (like Groovy) is a plus.
