Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate meetings with clients to gather requirements for all IT solutions and identify impacted business processes.
- Obtain and report business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate review sessions to discuss projects.
- Provide excellent customer and communication service skills.
- Work with multiple network platforms, including WAN, MLAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Videoconferencing.
- Disseminate information effectively to all technical teams, customers, and technical managers.
- Understand a large and complex enterprise network environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of an enterprise-wide network.
- Ability to communicate with managers and customers/clients.
- Effective time utilization and organization.
- Experience working with multiple agencies, vendors, or departments in an enterprise environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Project and Excel.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Remedy/Helix.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Telecommunications environment.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a large Enterprise setting.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network platforms.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience with multiple network lines of service.
- Minimum 5 years of experience dealing with customers.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with Clarity.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience with DevOPs.
Bachelor's Degree is required.
