Overview
Be your own boss! We are seeking a skilled and engaging sales entrepreneur to join our dynamic team as your very own Sub-Dealer. As a Dealer, you will lead your own company that is responsible for facilitating sales, scheduling installations and handling customer relations through the installation process under the guidance and mentorship of one of ADT's largest dealers.
- Work up to and maintain a minimum quota of 15 monthly residential/commercial security sales for your business.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with customers as well as our operations team.
- Create, manage and maintain an effective sales process within your company to drive consistent business
- Provide a business plan to show a detailed timeline of production.
- Communicate effectively with team members and partner management regarding any issues or irregularities.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service while promoting responsible selling practices.
Qualifications
- Alarm and home automation experience is required.
- Proven track record of sustained success in the alarm (or similar industry) required.
- Excellent guest services skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with operations and team members.
- Experience in conflict management to handle disputes professionally.

Pay: $168,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
