  • Onsite role (Need locals to Austin, TX)

Pay Rate : $27 - $28 / hr on W2

  • NTE Rate : $39.56 / hr
  • 2 Resumes Allowed

    • The primary work location(s) will be at 313 e. Anderson Lane, Austin TX 78752 . The working position is On Site . M to F, 8 AM to 5 PM.

    Services are expected to start 11 / 25 / 2024 and are expected to complete by a date to be determined . Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 900 hours.

    Support staff to help augment agency employees at TDEM's IT Help Service Desk. Minimum Requirements :

    Candidates that do not meet or exceed the minimum stated requirements (skills / experience) will be displayed to customers but may not be chosen for this opportunity. Years Required / Preferred Experience 1 Required Experience in help desk support. Understanding of ITSM practices & working knowledge of help desk software / databases / remote control. Receive calls / inquiries, provide support, document incidents / remedies. Translate tech knowledge into actionable direction
