JOB TITLE: End User Technical Support Analyst

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
Assist in supportability of Intelligrants staff during their use of Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of use
Work with Application Program Manager to ensure end user success for Intelligrants
Work directly with end users for daily use of Intelligrants as requested Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
