Job Title: Construction Night Manager
Location: Orlando, FL
Hourly Wage: $25-30/hr (Depending on Experience)
Job Description: We're NOW HIRING a qualified Construction Night Manager to join our team! As a Construction Night Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing night-time operations on live construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all night-time projects on your site are completed on time
- Order/pick up materials and check deliveries
- Review work onsite
- Verify completion and quality of work
- Maintain an organized and safe jobsite
- Track nightly progress through job logs and Project Management software/paperwork
- Conduct final walkthroughs with customers
- Complete punch list items
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working on a live construction site, including night shifts
- Willing to be hands-on when necessary
- Technical knowledge to jump in and show by example if needed
- Possess own tools and ability to use them
- Highly organized
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, and customer service skills
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction site management
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Understanding of building materials and methodology
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Possess a clean and valid Florida Driver's license
