Role: Facets Open Access Developer

Job Description:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience with Facets platform, including configuration and customization.
• Experience with Facets Open Access (FOA) mandatory.
• Strong understanding of healthcare management processes, including claims processing, billing, and member management.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, C#, or PL/SQL.
• Experience with Facets modules such as Claims, Membership, Benefits, or Enrollment is a plus.
• Ability to work with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) and troubleshooting data-related issues.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Facets 5.x or higher versions.
• Familiarity with other healthcare IT systems and platforms.
• Knowledge of data integration technologies such as EDI, HL7, or web services.
