Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions tailored to healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Implementation:

• Design and implement effective solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud to meet the unique needs of healthcare organizations.
• Define data models, workflows, and integrations to optimize operations and data management.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Work closely with healthcare providers, administrators, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable, efficient solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams, including developers and administrators.

Technical Expertise & Development:

• Hands-on experience with LWC, Apex, JavaScript, and Salesforce OOB Security.
• Strong understanding of OOP principles, Governor Limits, and Unit Test Classes.
• Customize Salesforce Health Cloud, including UI configurations, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and workflow automation.

Integration & Data Management:

• Design and implement integrations with EHRs, billing systems, and telehealth platforms.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and ensure data integrity/security.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, healthcare trends, and emerging technologies.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and drive innovation to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
