Experience Required: 5 years in Inpatient/Outpatient coding and auditing
Certification Required: Certified Professional Coder (CPC)
Key Responsibilities:
Perform audits on provider records for accurate ICD-10, CPT coding, and compliance
Educate providers and coding staff on documentation and billing guidelines
Assist in training new employees and evaluating revenue cycle processes
Develop and implement documentation improvement strategies
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience coding in a multi-specialty group practice setting
