On Time delivery of a high mix of High Quality battery packs. Foster an engaged and efficient production team.
Responsibilities:
Within 30 days of starting, adapt to new training procedures, have an understanding of the different products built and the skills and tools used in assembly.
Ensure all the standard procedures are followed and completed properly.
Within 60 days of starting, have a strong understanding of assembly, crimping, welding, and soldering procedures.
Ensure all the assembly procedures performed on the battery packs pass the quality standards.
Within 90 days of start, have the ability to understand materials used, technical drawings, and production procedures to build excellent products.
