Responsibilities :
- Within 30 days of starting, adapt to new training procedures, have an understanding of the different products built and the skills and tools used in assembly.
- Ensure all the standard procedures are followed and completed properly.
- Within 60 days of starting, have a strong understanding of assembly, crimping, welding, and soldering procedures.
- Ensure all the assembly procedures performed on the battery packs pass the quality standards.
- Within 90 days of start, have the ability to understand materials used, technical drawings, and production procedures to build excellent products.
