Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires 4-15 years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong background in commercial design—preferably in healthcare projects. The ideal candidate is proficient in Revit and has experience managing projects from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the design and technical development of commercial and healthcare projects.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Develop and produce construction documents and technical drawings using Revit.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project schedules and budgets while maintaining design intent and quality.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- 4-15 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong expertise in commercial design, with a preference for healthcare projects.
- Proficiency in Revit is required.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
