Role Overview :
As a Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation strategies across both B2B and B2C customer segments. Your goal is to increase customer engagement, drive lead generation, and improve conversion rates using automation tools. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer success, and product, to ensure that our marketing campaigns are personalized, effective, and data-driven.
Key Responsibilities :
- Automation Strategy Development :
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing automation strategies for B2B2C channels, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and business objectives.
- Develop segmentation strategies that cater to both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring personalized communication and engagement.
- Campaign Creation & Execution :
- Manage the creation and execution of automated email campaigns, customer journeys, lead nurturing workflows, and other marketing touchpoints.
- Implement multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, web, and social platforms.
- System Management & Optimization :
- Oversee the day-to-day management of marketing automation tools (HubSpot).
- Monitor and optimize workflows, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in lead nurturing and customer engagement processes.
- Lead Scoring & Funnel Management :
- Develop and maintain lead scoring models and help manage lead flow from initial interest to sales conversion for both B2B and B2C leads.
- Align automation processes with the sales funnel to ensure leads are being properly nurtured and handed off to the sales team at the appropriate stage.
- Analytics & Reporting :
- Analyze campaign performance data, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and ROI to continuously improve and refine automation strategies.
- Create regular performance reports and present insights to key stakeholders to inform decision-making and future strategies.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management :
- Work closely with the sales, content, and customer success teams to align marketing automation initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate on content creation to ensure that automated workflows are relevant and engaging for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Continuous Improvement :
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation, and implement innovative solutions to improve campaign performance and customer experience.
- Test and experiment with new strategies, technologies, and processes to optimize marketing automation.
