What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Program Manager position at Smart Synergies?
As the Technical Program Manager, you will interface with the customer and develop system design concepts that meet program objectives. The workload will at times include multiple concurrent projects, with a mix of small, quick-turn projects and larger, longer-term projects.
Your role will include :
- Establish system key performance parameters; and the requirements flow-down to subsystems
- Lead engineering and manufacturing teams through the end-to-end development of active electro-optic systems
- Assign tasks to program team members and set / communicate program priorities and goals
- Keep senior management appraised of status / issues (technical, programmatic, workforce)
