Responsabilities :
- Answer inbound calls and respond to emails from potential clients, providing a friendly, empathic and professional first impression.
- Conduct initial screening of potential clients to determine the nature of their legal issues and their fit for our firm.
- Sell qualified candidates on a consultation.
- Gather and accurately record detailed and confidential information in client relationship management (CRM) system
- Schedule consultations between potential clients and the client engagement team.
- Follow up with potential clients as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
