- Experience in designing multi-dependency components and advanced calculations.

- Experience in gathering requirements and reviewing system designs.
- Experience with testing and post go-live adjustments for Varicent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration from proprietary Sales Performance Software to Varicent.
- Configure, customize, and modify Varicent based on business requirements.
- Assist in requirements gathering and reviewing system design documents.
- Collaborate with external vendors for building and configuring Varicent solutions.
- Implement and test advanced calculations and user input workflows in Varicent.
- Provide support for post go-live modifications and adjustments.
- Occasionally travel onsite for meetings and collaboration with internal and external teams.
Salary : $45 - $50
