Salesforce Lead/Architect
Philadelphia, PA (2 days a week onsite)
- Expertise lead technical aspects and hands on Salesforce Experience Cloud, Health Cloud Integrations and Omni Studio LWCs
- Design scalable solutions.
- maximize OTB utilization to meet business requirements for customer service and support
- Work along provide technical leadership mentorship and guidance to the development team
- Create comprehensive technical documentation and lead testing efforts
- Collaborate with release management teams for deployments and continuous improvement
- Collaborate and review with cross functional teams to determine the best implementation strategies
- Apply best practices and technical business experience to Salesforce solutions including design trade offs and communication of design decision
Nice to have: Provider self service portals experience
Certifications: Health Cloud Accredited Professional Experience Cloud Consultant Omni Studio Developer
