What are the responsibilities and job description for the Appointment Setter/Sales position at Smart Wave Solar?
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Appointment Setter (SDR). Sales Development Representatives “SDRs” that join Smart Wave Solar are the driving force of our company’s upward trajectory. ***THIS IS NOT A CLOSING SALES POSITION*** This is also a hybrid role with work done from home and in office.
As a Sales development Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential leads, qualifying them and setting up qualified appointments for our Energy Consultants. A typical work day will involve answering calls from our Sales Queue, calling, texting, and emailing potential leads, responding promptly to incoming messages from leads, weekly and sometimes daily Zoom or in person meetings, and other tasks as assigned or needed.

By doing everything in-house, from marketing to sales, design, permitting, installation, service calls, and product offering, we have maximum control over the customer experience and work environment.
