Construction - Landscape / Hardscape Project Manager
Our client, in Schwenksville, PA is one of the fastest-growing residential pool and landscaping companies in the area. With a reputation for exceptional work and commitment to their clients and the communities where they work.
Job Summary / Background : We are seeking highly competitive and motivated Construction Project Managers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in managing construction projects for large-scale outdoor landscape projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of hardscape / landscape designs. Your role is crucial in ensuring that each project is executed efficiently, safely, and within budget while meeting client expectations and adhering to all local building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, design professionals, and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of each pool project. You will manage the crews and stay very hands-on in the field!
Desired Experience / Traits :
- Minimum of 3 years in landscape construction management.
- Certifications : Certified Builder Professional (CBP) preferred.
- Proficient in computer applications, with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented.
- Strong ability to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Team player, self-starter, highly motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
