smartdept. is searching for a Digital Content Specialist for a global health and wellness client. This is a full -time , fully remote , 12 -month contract opportunity. Compensation for this position is expected to be $20 / hr -$32 / hr depending on experience level and fit.
The primary focus of this person will be to load pages to the e-commerce website.
What You’ll Do :
- Create and manage all digital content for the company's website, including blog posts, product descriptions, and landing pages.
- Work with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Convert final web copy to HTML and load into hybris backend system, send all copy to translation, and load returned HTML content in hybris.
- Manage product content (SKUs) for Marketing Portfolios in Product Cockpit and SmartEdit.
- Build content pages / HTML into hybris SmartEdit platform from agency-supplied content and designs.
- Load supplied videos and metadata to Brightcove; Compress video content and prep for content management in Canto Resource Center platform.
- Alter supplied images in Photoshop and convert / name all images to conform to hybris standards.
- Load HTML for monthly / annual digital publications into Amazon S3 storage and configure for SmartEdit presentation on web.
- Many of these same tasks will migrate to Angular backend and ContentStack CMS in the near future as platform development occurs.
