BASIC FUNCTION
Perform activities in accordance with company standards. Quality service being defined in terms of excellent customer service, cash handling and safety. Reuniting customers with lost items found at the terminal, baggage storage needs, including but not limited to answering general questions, giving directions, providing quick solutions to customer problems, and distribution of brochures and selling the merchandise in the store.

Key Responsibilities
- Understanding of how to read airline & flight information including but not limited to flight information display system (FIDS), airline tickets, & itineraries.
- Collect lost and found items found within the terminal and process promptly.
- Calculate and forward found items to customers by way of shipping.
- Track shipments to ensure they are delivered to customer.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain high ethical standards, professionalism, positive attitude - in-person, phone and via email.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Perform activities in accordance with company standards.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Excellent office and computer skills
- Computer and Smart Phone proficient
- Strong organizational, communication and verbal skills
- Ability to project a professional and knowledgeable demeanor
- Cash handling experience
- Good problem solving and decision-making ability
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Basic math skills
- Must be fluent in English both speech and writing skills
- Bi or Multilingual preferred
- Proven customer service skills.
- General knowledge of JFK Airport and its Terminals.
- Experience in a customer-facing role.
- High school diploma
- Ability to get Airport Badge is required
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift
