ob Summary
MES Business Analyst to assist in Planning and Scheduling module of PSI and create solution in collaboration with Order Dressing and Production & Quality teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, Configure and support the implementation process for PSI planning and Scheduling
- Design schedules for various resources within the Steel Mill using PSI Planning and Scheduling
· Manage process feature intake and determine and establish solution completion roadmap
· Able to articulate the process requirements and help in building the solution
· Work closely with POD Manager to define the priorities of the POD Build Vs Run capacity
· Assist in functional testing and confirm solution meets the process requirements
Required Skills:
· Experience working with Planning and Scheduling with respect to creation of Production Schedules for various plant resources within the steel mill
· Expert in one or more business processes and technology practices and are accountable for translating a business case into a detailed technical design.
· Experience in operational and technical issues and translate technical blueprints into requirements and specifications
· Working with business users and should have experience in integration testing and user acceptance testing.
· Strong team leasing skills and guiding team members by experience
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with building solutions in MES/PSI areas
- Good knowledge of flow manufacturing
- Strong understanding of Level3, Level2 systems
- Experience in Agile working environments
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree
· 7 to 10 years of experiences in the IT profession
Salary : $70 - $90
