With a dedicated nationalised customer operations team (including R&M, accounts & levies) and the support of an assistant, you will be empowered to focus on the core aspect of your role – building and nurturing strong relationships within your portfolio.
What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a portfolio of clients; including correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
- Manage client retention; deliver exceptional customer experience and effective conflict resolution strategies
- Liaise with Repairs & Maintenance team for quote requests/work orders
- High level of technical knowledge and accountability
- Prepare for and facilitate Annual General Meetings, Special General Meetings and Committee Meetings (agendas, budgets and minutes)
- Oversee financial requirements of buildings within portfolio
- Identify and promote continuous improvement opportunities
- Provide mentorship, support and quality assurance to a team of Community Managers/Assistant Community Managers
- A current, vehicle drivers license and access to a car is required.
- Class 1 license is highly desireable
- Strong understanding of Body Corporate/Strata Legislation and related regulations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills
