In this role you will be responsible for all email strategy, execution and optimization for our all of our consumer facing email marketing initiatives for our growing insurance marketplace. You will be in charge of planning, executing, and optimizing end-to-end email and sms marketing campaigns. This includes managing email databases, IP reputation management, and leveraging web technologies to drive engagement.The compensation for this position is $80,000-$115,000 annually.What You'll DoDevelop and manage successful / profitable email and sms marketing campaignsManage communications between technical and creative teamsAnalyze campaign performance and suggest improvementsCollaborate with the growth and management team to manage user conversion, unsubscribe rate and engagementEnsure our email delivery follow industry compliance policies and best practicesWhat We're Looking ForHands on experience with HTML and content management systems3 years of email marketing experience with list of 1,000,000 subscribersExperience with ESP managementExperience with web analytics tools ie.
