- This job request is for a Technical Lead position that would be responsible for SAP S4 Hana Fiori app/Reporting (ABAP developer) for General ledger through working knowledge and configuration experience
- Develop and maintain SAP design and technical specification documents;
- Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, System Testing, Documentation and End User Training
- Participate in the analysis to validate requirements and scope, assist in effort estimation.
- Develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, and document ABAP code used in RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, and Workflows) Enhancing SAP system using BADIs, User exits, Customer exits, and enhancement framework options.
- Create Use cases, user stories, and other requirements/specifications artifacts.
- Experience with programming in SAP ABAP 7.4 in S4 HANA, UI5/Fiori, SAP BTP, RAP.
- Experienced in developing the Fiori Reports Proven track record in making delivery commitments, managing customer expectations, and delivering on commitments.
- Perform at an extremely high level of technical competence and maturity under pressure.
- Experience in troubleshooting complex systems and performance testing and tuning.
- Thrive in a fast-paced working norm and manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others (including key stakeholders within and outside the team both onsite and offshore) and navigate complex decision-making.
- Effective time management, organizational, planning, and time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, complex, and global environment to construct quality deliverables from minimal definitions and to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills - able to convey complex blends of business and technical matters to a range of audiences.
- 5 years of experience with SAP ABAP programming and full SAP life cycle S/4 HANA implementation experience.
- Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.
- Bachelor's Degree
