Urgently looking for : AEM Project Manager

Location: Malvern, PA

Duration: Contract

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Manage AEM Projects: Oversee the entire lifecycle of AEM projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.

Team Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions.

Project Planning: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality standards.

Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, issues, and progress.

Agile Methodology: Utilize Agile principles to manage project workflows and adapt to changes quickly.

Required Skills:

Experience with AEM: Proven experience managing projects involving Adobe Experience Manager.

Project Management: Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

Leadership: Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate project teams.

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of AEM architecture and related technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification: PMP or Agile certification is a plus.

Experience: Previous experience in a consulting or client-facing role.

Tools: Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
