Job Overview
SmartPro Financial is seeking a full-time Operations Assistant to join our Home Office Team. We are a rapidly growing firm, so the duties and responsibilities vary by the day! We need someone that can easily adapt, likes to learn new skills, and has a strong work ethic.
We are willing to train the right candidate, although the following requirements are a must:
- Excellent communication skills: you will be in contact with your advisors and their clients on a regular basis and must be capable of effective and professional communication.
- Computer skills: you must be comfortable working with computers and be willing and able to learn a variety of customized software software platforms.

Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Event Planning: Working with Event Planning Team to organize, plan, and execute events. Including: Travel, Itinerary, Food, Entertainment, etc.
- Company Relations: Greeting and welcoming advisors, clients, and employees alike. Maintaining happy clients, employees, and advisors are at the forefront of this role. Managing Employee Monthly Happy Hours
- Administrative Tasks: Answering and directing phone calls. Managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages. Onboarding new advisors & employees. Creating Advisors Newsletters using Mailchimp
- Office Management: Ensuring the office is clean, organized, and welcoming. Monitoring and managing access to the facility. Managing the Inventory of office supplies
