The Brand Events and Marketing Engagement Manager is responsible for bringing the SmartRecruiters brand to life through immersive highimpact experiences across live events virtual engagements and brand activations. This role ensures that every touchpointwhether inperson digital or hybriddelivers a cohesive engaging and unforgettable brand experience that drives demand customer engagement and brand affinity.
This position requires a strategic creative and executionfocused marketer who can seamlessly integrate brand storytelling event activations and audience engagement strategies to elevate SmartRecruiters presence in the industry and create memorable brand moments.
Key Responsibilities
Experiential Marketing & Brand Activations
Own the endtoend strategy and execution of brand experiences ensuring SmartRecruiters has a standout presence at key industry events conferences and owned experiences.
Design and execute immersive brand activations from trade show booths and live demos to interactive installations that capture audience attention and drive engagement.
Develop experiential marketing strategies that create strong emotional connections with customers prospects and industry influencers.
Live & Virtual Event Execution
Plan manage and execute SmartRecruiters corporate marketing events industry sponsorships executive summits and virtual webinars.
Collaborate with content PR and social media teams to ensure event moments are amplified across owned and earned channels.
Work crossfunctionally with Sales and Growth Marketing to ensure events are aligned with pipeline goals drive engagement and support revenuegenerating opportunities.
Customer & Audience Engagement at Events
Partner with Customer Marketing & Advocacy to ensure customer voices are featured prominently in live and virtual event experiences.
Develop creative networking opportunities VIP experiences and communitybuilding moments within events to strengthen relationships with customers partners and industry leaders.
Ensure SmartRecruiters thought leadership and innovations are front and center in all experiential marketing activations.
Creative Storytelling & OnBrand Experience Design
Ensure every experience from keynotes to brand activations is fully aligned with SmartRecruiters messaging and positioning.
Work closely with design and content teams to develop branded materials immersive digital experiences and interactive storytelling elements that make SmartRecruiters presence stand out.
Support executive and customer engagement strategies within events ensuring highimpact thought leadership and brand influence.
Measurement Performance & ROI Optimization
Define and track key experiential marketing metrics including event engagement lead generation and customer interaction quality.
Use datadriven insights to continuously optimize experiential strategies and improve event performance.
Work with Sales and Marketing Ops to ensure eventdriven engagements translate into pipeline acceleration and measurable business impact.
Qualifications :
Success Metrics & KPIs
- Event Engagement : Increase event attendance and audience interaction by 25% across inperson and virtual activations.
- Brand Consistency & Experience Quality : Ensure 100% alignment between experiential activations and SmartRecruiters brand messaging.
- Pipeline Contribution : Drive 300 highintent MQLs per quarter from eventdriven marketing programs.
- Customer & Community Participation : Secure customer and industry leader participation in at least 5 key events per year ensuring highvalue engagement.
- Event ROI Optimization : Improve postevent lead conversion rates by 30% ensuring strong followup impact from live and virtual experiences.
