Salon Support Manager
The Salon Support Manager (SSM) is responsible for leading the Salon Support business function for YSG. As a business function leader, the SSM is a member of the company leadership team. Simply states, the Salon Support Function is meant to manage all salon supporting tasks that aren't HR or Money Movement related. This includes :
1. Maintenance (Facility & Equipment),
2. Merchandising (product & supplies),
3. Marketing Execution & Admin
4. Some supporting communications and data support services.

Approximately 4-6 strategic vendor account relationships
You'll have success here if you value clear processes and feel qualified to do

In this role, you'll be accountable to hit the following numbers each week :
Continue to use and optimize the IMT (100% deadlines)
28th sent, 5th ordered, 25th verified; 90% POG achieved by June in renewing salons) until further notice or better tool and process is created.
Pay attention to weekly retail sales and support pacing to achieve monthly contribution goal.
LMA a direct report that translates the marketing strategy into execution from a content creation, delivery, internal staff coordination, POS settings administration, and tracking and engaging operations to influence results. He or she should execute these Marketing tactics to achieve an average of 50 new guests per location weekly (currently we average 30 new guests per location weekly without marketing). This is a 20 new guest per salon per week average increase .
