SmartTalent Renton is seeking to hire several Dishwashers for a growing grocery store that recently opened in Factoria, WA. Ideal candidate will be comfortable with washing large amounts of dishes per day and be on their feet for long periods of time
LOCATION: Factoria, WA
PAY: $19-$20
SCHEDULE: Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends
First shift: 9am – 6pm
Second Shift: 12pm – 9pm Sunday – Thursday, 1pm – 10pm Friday – Saturday

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to food safety standards.
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area.
· Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment regularly.
· Empty trash and recycling, ensuring proper disposal.
· Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
· Provide clean utensils and cookware promptly to kitchen staff.
· Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
· Report any maintenance or repair needs for dishwashing equipment.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
· Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
· Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
· Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus but not required.
