Electro-Mechanical Assembler
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire an experienced General Laborer/assembler for a manufacturing company based in Monroe, WA. The ideal candidates will have previous assembly, grinding/deburring experience.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
Pay: $18 - $25 DOE
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Thursday 5am - 330pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Graining and Deburring:
· Operate machinery and hand tools to smooth and finish surfaces of metal parts.
· Ensure all parts meet quality standards by removing burrs and sharp edges.
· Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
· Hardware Insertion:
· Accurately insert hardware into metal parts according to specifications.
· Verify the correct placement and secure attachment of hardware components.
· Perform quality checks to ensure proper installation.
· Rivet Assembly:
· Assemble parts using rivets, ensuring precision and adherence to design specifications.
· Utilize pneumatic and manual rivet guns for assembly tasks.
· Inspect assembled parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
· Mechanical Assembly:
· Perform mechanical assembly of components and subassemblies following detailed instructions and blueprints.
· Use various tools and equipment, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and pliers.
· Conduct final inspection of assembled products to ensure functionality and quality.
· Stripping wires and assembling wires
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
· Basic understanding of mechanical assembly and fabrication processes.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
· Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong work ethic and reliability.
