General Laborer
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire a General Laborer for a large supplier of military shelters in Monroe, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in physical labor positions.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
PAY: $20 - $22
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 730am – 4pm

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
· Assist in the assembly and installation of shelter systems according to specifications.
· Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as needed.
· Follow safety procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
· Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
· Perform general site cleanup and organization.
· Assist with inventory management and materials handling.
· Support team members in various tasks related to shelter construction and maintenance.
· Follow instructions from supervisors and report any issues or safety concerns.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Previous experience in general labor, construction, or assembly work is a plus.
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. and work in various weather conditions.
· Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
· Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team.
· Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
· Ability to travel if required for on-site installations.
