Industrial Sewing Associate
SmartTalent Kirkland is seeking to hire an Industrial Sewing Associate for a large supplier of military shelters in Monroe, WA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating various industrial sewing machines in a manufacturing environment.
LOCATION: Monroe, WA
PAY: $20 - $22
SCHEDULE: Monday – Friday 730am – 4pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform sewing operations in alignment with manufacturing standards and production instructions.
• Operate sewing machines and other machinery safely and efficiently.
• Utilize hand tools and measuring equipment to ensure products meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
• Proven ability to sew products to quality specifications within established time standards.
• Familiarity with using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• A team player with strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
